Pine Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands is hands down my favorite.
Ocracoke Island for beaches in the US.
St. John had a lot of very nice beaches in the USVI.

Tulum, Mexico. The color of the water is the deepest turquoise along with bands of brilliant blues and darkest navy. The sight is intoxicating. To those that live there, perhaps they get used to it. It knocks you over. Going back, for sure.

yes, most clueless tourists go to Cote d'azur and waste their time in something like Cannes or Monaco, because, you know, they are "Famous". I honestly don't know why people ever visit Cannes, because of the festival?. Antibes is 10 times better.

Unfortunately most of the Ticos (or Nicas, lots of Nicas in CR) are , in a way or other, thieves.
So I won't set foot in that country ever again .
