The website doesn't load completely at times & it doesn't show the Pay with Voucher or Pay with Installments payment options. They load, but then disappear.
This has been happening for about a week. I'm glad someone post it on Youtube. Its not my internet & have tried it on different browsers (IE, Microsoft Edge Windows 10, & Mozilla Firefox).
I message Volaris through Facebook & they said that those payment options are not working & that I should try using their phone service for booking.
Right, in other words, they want to recover what they will lose with flight voucher discount. Booking through phone is more expensive than booking online.
