A group of older European tourists walked up to a few meters away, crouched into camera handling positions and started taking pictures of them like they were some display at a museum. That poor family was just sitting there looking awkward, and to his credit the father actually said "you are welcome to join us" which is far nicer than I would have done in same situation.

Taking pictures of broad scenes of locals is one thing, but jamming cameras into faces like that is just wrong.
That's just plain rude obnoxious behavior. Makes me uncomfortable just reading about it. What were they thinking?

They are both bad to me. I cannot stand garlic, the smell of it is really nauseating.

Thankfully no one can smoke on planes, but they can eat stinky food!

I also don't get people who film other people. On a recent trip to San Diego I was on a bay cruise. Some guy decided to film everyone on board. Not a wide shot, but walking around getting people pretty close up. WHY? I don't want to be on film.

I've never been able to figure out why they board planes front-to back instead of visa versa. If they were to do it in reverse, you wouldn't have to be fighting the crowds in the aisles who are still trying to put their stuff in the overhead bins when your section is called. They should let the passengers at the rear of the plane on first, not last. And the people in first class should board last. What's the big deal if they have to wait an extra ten minutes before they board. At least they'll be comfortable once the flight takes off, unlike those of us in "steerage."

But I've also seen where people start doing stuff like taking off their shoes and they say, "Do not remove your shoes!" You never know when the dog will be there.

Once I was on a Greyhound bus, because that was the only way for me to get to and from school, and this couple was on the other side of the aisle and the woman had her shoes off, her feet across her SO's lap and her stinky feet were hanging out in the aisle.

I would agree with that. I am sure part of it is that those who paid for upgraded seats want the "privilege" of boarding first and settling in with a drink as steerage has to file past them. It would definitely make things go more smoothly.

I did recently read that Southwest is looking into, or starting (can't remember) to board some flights in the front and back at the same time. Makes sense. Arriving in Australia we we able to get off the plane from more than one door, too, which made it much faster. (First and business could exit via the front door) They didn't do that when we landed in the states.

People in airports zigzagging all over the place looking at or poking on their stupid phones not paying the least bit of attention to where they are going then running right in to you......oh wait they do that everywhere not just airports.

I find a polite but firm "Excuse me!" fixes that
