I'm planning to do more travel within the United States and I'm looking for ideas. I'd like to check out some medium sized cities. I like less overwhelming places where its easy to meet people and relax! I like art, history, music, festivals, parks, and great food! Any ideas?!

Memphis
Nashville
Cleveland (no I'm not kidding. THE MUST UNDERRATED CITY WE'VE EVER VISITED)
Asheville (though it's overpriced and lost much of it's charm)
Taos (instead of commercialized Santa Fe)

Salt Lake City. It's got a fascinating history and is in a beautiful setting. Our arts festival every June is amazing.

That's interesting about Cleveland!! I'll check into it! I hear that the food in Memphis is great! Never considered Taos, thanks for the idea!
