New Mexico, where I live. keeps me busy finding new places.
Colorado and Arizona come next. Family and friends in Missouri.
I like coastal North Carolina more than other coastal areas.

Agree with that. NM has kept me busy for years.

Glacier National Park, Montana, is spectacular.

Also like mountainous areas of VT and NH.

Cool.
Is there any particular pizza place famous for it? I often visit Chicago.

Agreed, and can vouch for three of CGab's recommendations at least (Lou Malnati's, Gino's East, Giordano's). There are also good Chicago hot dog spots (can vouch for Portillo's and Gold Coast, though there are lots of options) and Italian beef places (Mr. Beef, Al's #1).

There are also lots of top flight higher end choices in the city as well which I didn't get a chance to try, plus plenty of Mexican and Eastern European places.

My top three US food destinations are NYC, New Orleans, and San Francisco, but I think one can make a case for Chicago as a close fourth place finisher.
