My ultimate dream is to visit Lithuania, as all my ancestors are from there.

My goal in life is to visit all 50 states. In October, I'll be heading for MS, LA, and AR. That will only leave ND, OR and HI (too bad those are so far apart!)

USA:
- All of the Western States plus Alaska
- New York City
- Texas

I only have 9 states under my belt so I would like to get that number to at least 15 by 2023 and at least 25 by 2030.

WORLD:
- Antarctica
- A Return Trip to Germany
- A Return Trip to British Columbia
- Greenland
- Finland
- Iceland
- Ireland
- Newfoundland, Ontario, and Quebec
- Scotland

Just hit one of the places on my bucket list - Cuba! It was so interesting that I want to go back!

Others on my list:

Alaska
Hawaii
Spain
England
Israel
Australia

I don't like to fly, so all of these places are much harder to get to!

I completely agree. All you have to do to see the Milky Way (which is FABULOUS!!) is get a couple hours driving time from a city. Then bring a pillow, lay on your back on a quilt or a deck, and stare upwards into the dark. Sometimes it's best very late at night, like 2 am. Amazing!

That's a cool goal, I imagine it would be quite satisfying to land/cross into the last one. Maybe have a picture with a distinct characteristic from each.

I'm probably the weird one here.. First, I don't like leaving the USA.. I mean, I have some minor interesting things out of the country I'd like to do.. Like.. I'd love to go see Hitler's Eagle's Nest. I just think that'd be cool.. I'd like to see Normandy. I like WWII related things.. Seen Pearl Harbor.. So, there are some things in Europe I'd like to see, but.. So far, not enough to actually go.

I crossed one off this summer.. Taking family to DC.. I've been.. Hell, I used to live there.. But to get them there and show them the history that i've seen.. I enjoyed that.

I suppose the one item that I've considered multiple times, but haven't done yet.. I'd like to go do a cattle drive. A week out in Montana or the like and actually do a real cattle drive. I just don't know for sure I could handle being on horseback for several days..
