There is the "luxury" Reno rodeo cattle drive. You got good tent accommodation and have people cook good food

LOL mine seems to change every time I get travel and Leisure. Off the top of my head I'd say.

Yellowstone and Grand tetons
Spain, specifically Barcelona
Botswana and Ghana

I'm heading to London next year so get to cross that off.

take the Air NZ flight out of LA and get a free stopover in the Cook Islands for a few weeks
