Getting too old for overseas travel. Montreal and Quebec city would be neat, haven't been there in about 48 years.
A small ship cruise along the east coast is a possibility.

I can highly recommend both Prague (although it feels a bit Disneyfied these days) and Budapest. Vienna is wonderful, but I haven't seen any of the rest of Austria, so I can't comment on the country as a whole. Athens is mostly dirty, crowded, and lacking in charm, but still worth seeing for the Acropolis, the Plaka neighborhood, and the wonderful museums. If you love early US history, you'll love Boston. And the Maine coast is simply stunning. Alaska is unbeatable if you love wildlife and true wilderness.

Not specific destinations but two natural phenomena I would like to see at some point:

the Northern Lights (aurora borealis)

the Milky Way galaxy

The Milky Way is easy; all you have to do is get away from city lights and there it is.

The aurora is tougher, as the sun has to cooperate and produce some flare activity, in addition to being away from city lights and fairly far north (or south, in the southern hemisphere). So plan on spending several days minimum if you want the best chance of spotting an aurora.

I'm lucky to have knocked out my bucket list (maybe just in the nick of time!) A few I want to do one more time:

Sana'a - As much as I would like to go now, it isn't the time.
Somalia - Several previous trips, but always something more to do.
Northern Greenland - Logistics and costs make this one a "later for now"
Dushanbe, with a stopover in Ashgabat - I'm sure this has changed quite a bit in almost thirty years.
A few favorite spots in Africa - Ouagadougou, Asmara, Libreville. (N'Djamena queued up for next month.)
