I'm looking at flights for a short scout trip to Tirana and Pristina this summer. By far, the cheapest flights are on Alitalia, and it is very attractive to me since on the way there would be a 16 hour layover in Rome (I've already been there - I would just really want to go back to St. Peters Basilica) that begins at 6:30am. I've heard to be cautious with Alitalia since they were on the brink of bankruptcy, but I haven't been able to find out much else since hearing that in the fall. Anyone have any updates? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
