When I travel, I usually pretty much stick to surface travel, except crossing oceans, but I've been on scheduled domestic airline flights in a few countries:

USA -- several times
Canada -- Gander to Deer Lake, a few other times
Colombia -- Bogota to Leticia, Medellin to Bogota
Bolivia -- Santa Cruz to Tres Montes, two others
Brazil -- Belem to Manaus
Portugal -- Lisbon to Funchal (over Atlantic)
Bulgaria -- Russe to Sofiya
Yugoslavia -- Belgrade to Zagreb
Philippines -- Cebu to Zamboanga
Madagascar -- Tananarive to Majunga
Mauritania -- Nouadhibou to Nouakchott
UK - Maybe London to Glasgow, I can't remember for sure, but I think I must have.
Germany -- Dusseldorf to somewhere, maybe Munich

Ah a new fresh variation on the tiresome "how many countries have you been to" thread. Cool. Thread should read "countries flown WITHIN on domestic flights." OK let's make the rules - NO, flights within Europe do not count, Europe is not one country.

This one takes some thinking, obviously US, the only others I can think of are:
-China: Shanghai to Beijing route many times on China Eastern or China Southern.
-UK: I think if memory serves I did the London to Glasgow
-Nepal: Kathmandu to one of those little dinky airports on the Everest trek that serves as a *** pasture when not in use (EDIT: seriously CD why are you censoring the common name for a large domesticated wild ox with shaggy hair).
-Canada: this one I am not sure of, too many years past but I sort of remember flying into Edmonton from ?...maybe Winnipeg
-Brazil: Sao Paulo to Rio de Jiano
-South Africa: Cape Town to Josburg, Josburg to another little town, can't remember the name. And then later a 4th different town back to Josburg.
-India: can't remember. Delhi to somewhere.

That's all I can remember.
