Actually I want to for a long Journey as I got a cheap travelling package from a travelling company.

I am planning to move somewhere.

This is the reason because I don't want to get disturbed during the tour for forgetting to bring any necessary item which is required during a tour.

Kindly let me know if you have a experience on a long journey.

Depends on what you define as "long". And it depends on where you will be going. But I'll start:

Extra prescription medications - maybe a week beyond whatever would cover your trip.
An extra credit card from another bank.
Anything that you cannot do without, that would make you crazy not to have available. Those items are personal to YOU. For me, it's bar soap (allergies to certain soaps), shampoo for colored hair, a brow pencil and mascara, sunscreen for my face. If it's A cruise - add laundry soap or laundry sheets and OTC cold medication and OTC lomotil. Paperbacks or a kindle. A TSA approved corkscrew. My phone (I don't wanna call anybody and checking email isn't critical. I can easily do without. But I want those texted fraud Akers on my credit cards. I want the travel documents I've stored on the phone. And I want the maps.

DH would require his electric beard and his nose hair trimmer.

We pack and travel lightly. Plane ride = carry on only, regardless of trip length or destination.

Extension cords for everything. Lots of places have only one or 2 outlets across the room. The foreign kind, if you're going overseas.
