Can't fault the airline, imagine if they let them fly and one or both got seriously ill or worse.

It's an unfortunate situation, but I'm really not sure what the airline can do. Even if they completely ban peanuts from all flights, what's to stop a passenger from bringing some on board? Or what's to stop them from serving something else that someone else is allergic to?

And while I understand that it's traumatic to be stranded anywhere, let alone a foreign country, Incheon International Airport is one of the best in the world. If you're going to get stuck in an airport somewhere, that's the place to do it.

On this particular case, I fall into the camp of those who say that the boys should have been accompanied by one or both of their parents, or not have taken the flight.

Absolutely. I'd rank it #1.
