Sure it is. Anything anyone gives you is free. When I travel, I get unexpected free gifts, out of kindness. I accept them humbly and gratefully. People enjoy giving things for free, at least I do. I would hate to think there are no others like me'

OK, badly-worded Youtube title. But the contents of the video appear to be above suspicion. And your comment that "nothing is free" is, well, further from the truth, even though in a certain context (not this one) it may be fair advice.
The only thing free is the air you breathe and what you find on your own in nature. Everything else is paid for by somebody.
"Free", with respect to cost, in the common everyday English language, the one most of us use, means "at no obvious or direct charge to the recipient". It is also clearly the meaning the OP's video intended to convey.
