I've been to 4 out of the 6, haven't been to Dubai or Tokyo yet.
I would probably choose either Paris or Tokyo. I loved Paris and all of the museums and great food, plenty to do for 2 weeks. I'm not a beach person, so Hawai'i and Rio would be low on my list, but not as low as Vegas, which would be last out of those 6.
1 Tokyo (since I haven't been there yet)
2 Paris
3 Dubai
4 Rio de Janeiro
5 Hawai'i
6 Las Vegas
I picked Tokyo. Have wanted to visit Japan for a very long time, and it always seems just slightly out of reach for financial reasons. If money were no object, I'd go there hands down.
My choices would be different from yours as I already visited some of those places
YOU need to decide what you want to do during those 2 weeks.
Las Vegas tend to wear out after 3 days. Two weeks would be super boring to me.
I would consider Hawaii for lazy relaxation. Do you like water? Diving, snorkeling, beaches, volcanos, tubing, sailing etc.
Dubai for sightseeing ultramodern city, malls, and all those gleaming amenities, perhaps include desert safari, indoor skiing, indoor rainforest - some of those man made attractions that not necessary feel like the real thing.
The rest are good choices if you're interested in exploring cities, food, architecture, history, culture, and know languages other than English or don't feel lost/intimidated if you don't understand everything you see. But I guess, if money doesn't matter you could get private guides and customize your trip to exactly what you want to do there.
From your list Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo would be MY choices.
1 Tokyo, Japan. To get out of my comfort zone
2 Dubai. See #1
3 Paris, France. Mainly for the food!
4 Hawaii. Been there a few times
5 Rio. No real interest
6 Las Vegas. Never would go....add the mckey mouse locations too!
Money no object? Then it has to be Tokyo since money has been a major reason I've never visited there. Only Paris interests me otherwise on your list, I could stay at the Ritz then if money was no object.
Otherwise I'm interested in Mediterranean European countries or Britain.
I will only comment on the 2 I know...
Hawaii - beautiful but expensive. Since money is no object, in your question, I might then go there.
Vegas - a lot of fun, a lot to see. If money were no object, I could have a great time there. I think I'd choose Vegas over Hawaii though it's a totally different scene.
So Hawaii if you want to chill, Vegas if you want to party and see shows and gamble.
Dubai. I would never go anywhere near that part of the world. Those people over in that area have crazy laws, are always fighting one another, terrorism, etc. (maybe not IN Dubai but in the region) and I just wouldn't want to risk it. Though pictures of it do look amazing.
I'm sure someone will tell me how totally safe it is, but I just would never fly to that region.
