So you think she did not charge a cleaning fee? That’s usually quite a significant amount and it does not justify a light dusting and a 2 minutes vacuum after the guest leaves.
I understand from OP post that this was a shared bathroom. She had to clean his pee every morning, or step/sit on it, because he was peeing in the dark...
So, this is not about dusting and vacuum after the guest left.
Urinating in a standard toilet just for #1 is also a waste of water. There are cleaner ways to do it (easy for guys) but those ways are illogically frowned on as unconventional. You can probably figure out what I mean.
