No form at all at SFO. Just show up at the immigration counter. They didn't ask anything either.

There's a large exclusion for income earned overseas, but you still have to file. If your money hits a US bank, you won't get away with claiming 0 for long.

It will be to European bank, but may occasional send small wires to US bank account to pay for my credit cards and student loan debt.

OP, you may want to do a close reading of the info here re taxation of US citizens living abroad. In addition to filing IRS 1040's, you may be also required to file 2 forms ( aka FBAR & FATCA) showing foreign investments etc.
