^ About the same in FW, but I mainly look at 93 octane prices. The cheapest I saw was $4.139/gal.

I saw on the news a week or two ago a story about stations not accepting credit. It said that the station owners were often losing money due to the costs involved.

$3.89 for regular on 6/23/08

Don't businesses have to pay the credit card company a percentage of the sale for the service? I want to say 3%, but I don't remember if I read that correctly.

I'm jealous!!!

I paid $4.44 yesterday on Kauai- at Costco, the cheapest place on the island.

I heard that Lanai has been over $5.00 for a while, and parts of Maui are around there too. Oahu is probably a little bit cheaper than Kauai, though.

UGH.

As bad as it seems, just remember you're in Hawaii!

we just drove from outside of chicago to orlando. at home, our gas is $4.17. saw it in the 3.82-to 3.99 range in the southern part of illinois, kentucky, tennessee, georgia and florida. however, in the orlando area that we were in, near our resort it was $4.09 and down the road a mile, it was $3.86. quite the spread!
