Shops are usually open regular hours.
At least the bigger ones.
They may close earlier on the 24th as we celebrate that day.
I donīt know about museums and other tourist attractions.

Plenty of places will surely be opened but not during the holidays (24-26th). I would strongly recommend "Gamla Stan" during christmas. Narrow streets, little shops, old buildings, the lights... It's lovely!
