First plane ride?
Round and round and round and round and round it was a merry-go-round with small airplanes that you sit in

Wow! I honestly don't remember. It might have been Minneapolis to Denver in 1968.

My first flight was in 1994. Chennai to New Delhi for an interview! It was pretty awesome. I met the pilot's mother just after i checked in. I did not know she was the pilot's mother then. But about 20 min into the trip, the air hostess came up to me and said that the captain wants to speak to me. I went into the cockpit, met the crew. I spent 45 min in the cockpit and finally sat in the first class with his mother for the remainder of the flight. Unforgettable experience!

My first plane ride was a 1961 Air National Guard "Gooneybird" crew-training flight round-trip from Kelly to Waco. Low altititude, non-pressurized cabin, my one and only air-sickness episode. Any other former members of the Air Guard reading this?

My first commercial flight was a job interview trip from Austin to Houston in 1962.
