Poohjz is on a distinguished road
My husband and I have stayed at the Maya. We so loved it!!!!! The staff was great. We thought the food was great as well. It is a little different though. They are a company that is based in Europe. So the food has an English flare to it. The French restaurant was wonderful. Could eat there every night. But being at the Lindo, you may not be able to go. I am not sure what restaurants are for the Lindo. At the Maya, we could go everywhere. Entertainment was fun. Family friendly. The pools are nice and many. Beach is nice. But you need to go down early to get chairs that are covered by a palapa. You will want them. ( use beach towels to save chairs) You can move your lounge around in the sand to get sun, but rain does happen. It usually did not last long, so you just site under the palapa and watch it. Storms coming in are beautiful. Activities are pleanty. You can also take a bus to Playa de Carmen. It will drop you off downtown at shops. You need to be back at bus drop off by 5 to get back to hotel. Otherwise you can take a taxi. From Playa you can take a Ferry to Cozamel. It does cost, but if you really want to go. It was about 30 Min long. There is alot to do. Snorkling is very popular and they have excursions you can pay for. Ask around to find out which one/ones are best. I hope this helps. It was a few years ago that we went. We enjoy Iberostar's resorts. We went to one also in the Dominician.

Thanks for the info!\
Yes, we can go from place to place to eat, so we will have to try the one you mentioned.
