why did Williamsburg, VA not get on the poll. I would enjoy being there! Vermont, maybe,
or Disney in Orlando. why it is warm, and you wear summer clothes!

I'm thinking about spending Christmas in NYC myself this year. If you are a tourist, where do you go and what can you do on Christmas day? I don't want to stay in the hotel when nothing is open.

Try visiting some of the little old villages that are located in the northeast and mid-atlantic states, up in the foothills. I'm talking about those towns that were built when people still used horses and buggies. Many of these little towns really know how to get the Christmas feel going, and the local beer is often great!

I love n.y.!(im from brooklyn) btw, whats the point of spending christmas in miami, san francisco or anywherelse hot?, it doesn't snow. Thats part of the christmas experience! Helllo0o!?! But im not a hater i do love all of those towns but for christmas, new york is definately the best!!! And in case i spelled anything wrong, don't waste your time telling me. =p

I've spent most of my life in the NYC area and I'm going to have to stick with it. I can't imagine being anywhere else than the Greatest City in the World during the Holidays.
The greatest city in the world is Duluth, Minnesota, followed by Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. New York is fifth or sixth after Fargo, North Dakota or Rochester, Minnesota.
