When my husband and I went to Europe he was highly organized...
But when my daughter and I went traveling while she was studing over there we got a car and just wandered. We made no concret plans and it was so much fun. We found wonderful B&B's to stay at and just enjoyed every minute.
Newchwanstein was the best

LadyTX is on a distinguished road
We just got back from the 7-day Carnival's Conquest Cruise...Montego Bay; Grand Cayman island; Cozumel, Mexico .... it was awesome! First time and the best vacation I ever had esp it was with my SO of course Some tours were cancelled due to bad weather, and there was no internet connection, which was very disappointing... nevertheless it was marvelous

My best Vacation, was a cruise out of Barcelona, We visited Malta, Rome, Florence, Naples{Amafali Coast) and Nice, France.
All our excursions were thru the ship so used US dollars.
We did 2 nights pre in Barcelona, which was an interesting City. I really enjoyed it.

I boarded the ship in Barcelona, the NCL Gem. It was a 7 night cruise and did a port a day, only 1 sea day. With the 2 nights pre and night flying there Vacation was 10 days.
