Default Are US airlines/airports doing well....

...compared to notable international airlines/airports?

In my opinion all our major airlines are mediocre. When it comes to service, food (the chicken or beef question bothers me every time), friendliness of the staff, reliablity and overall impression of the aircrafts I've rarely been satisfied.

Airports are more of a mixed bag. There are some really terrible airports I try to avoid. Airports with long lines, delays, rude staff, insufficient facilities and filthy restrooms with too few toilets.

Some airports though don't have to hide internationally. They don't match top level airports such as Singapore Or Hong Kong but they are good. I'd put Denver International in that category. It's a pretty smooth airport with reasonable facilities and nice atmophare.

What's your opinion? How are we doing? What could be better?

Seattle, JAX, CIN,ORF are very smooth running and the food is pretty decent as well as the pricing.
