they didnt, they just gave the money back or they would have rebooked me over a week later....it was during that bad snow storm couple of years ago

well they cancalled my flight for tonight and was only willing to refund my first half of a trip

Had a flight booked to New Orleans for the week after Katrina hit. They gave us a refund.
