I think you need to provide more information. Are you looking for a passenger van? A moving van?
I am not in LA, but perhaps somebody else can contribute companies if they know for sure what you are seeking.

Enterprise is the most popular if you are looking to rent one of the 15 passenger Ford Econoline type vans. If you want a minivan, many companies rent them. If you need a moving truck type van, trying UHaul or Budget.

It's a normal rental, just a bigger vehicle. Check out the usual companies. Many of them do these big vans.

Or have I missed something?

Huh? You would have difficulty, maybe impossible, to rent a car WITHOUT a credit card.

John Peter, have you hired a car before?

Also are you over 25- I think that's the age you have to be over for most hire companies.

I already have a credit card. So I would like to know it is acceptable or not. May I know the actual charge while transact using Credit card?
