How many vacations/vacation days or weeks do you take per year?

Is it enough or do you wish it was more? Do you use your vacation time to go somewhere or do you staycation for some of your vacation time?

My job has me traveling all the time thus it feels like I am always on vacation.

When I am home off work for more than a couple days I start climbing the walls.

Default Benefits of staycation

I have roughly 3 vacations a year and mostly staycation. I get to accomplish a lot of things with the latter like I get to improve my home, perform spring cleaning and meet up with childhood friends.

That is the same for me as well. I usually have about one business trip a week. I actually leave for London tomorrow morning for a business trip, but thank goodness I will have my laptop so I can still post on City-Data! Then, we usually go on vacation during the Summer, over Christmas Break, and over Spring Break when the kids are out of school.

Have fun in London. Are you able to get a non-stop flight?

I use all my vacation days every year (only get 2 weeks, plus 3 personal days). We usually take 1 week (10 days) of a real vacation. Then the rest are used as dr appts, mental health days, or maybe a long weekend somewhere with just DH and myself.
