Airline May Introduce Standing Room Only Section

I heard this on the news and was like NO WAY! The only barstool I want to sit on is out by my pool under the cabana with a drink in my hand OR on a tropical beach at the bar. In an airplane...... NO WAY!!! 50% more people... GADS! So what about the people that get a barstool or standing room only w/ the infant that did not pay that was going to be IN their lap.

It did remind me about what I read about that Yemenair flight that recently crashed. People that had flown that route often did say that the flights were notorious for being overbooked and people allowed on the plane and to stand in the aisles.

I think I'd rather prefer to sit during a flight, paying a little extra to sit is worth it to me
