You need to be more specific as airlines change their pricing every hour. So, what was cheap today may be expensive tomorrow. Generally though, foreign carriers offer discounted child fares much more than American carriers. Your best bet is to price your entire itinerary on sites like kayak.com as the adult fares may be cheaper overall than the airline with a lower child fare. Good luck.
