Has anyone ever use Legion Airlines? A guy my bf works with just got a ticket through them for like $9 but I can't find a website or telephone number for them.

They charge you $9 to get on the airplane, and then $100 to get off.

One ADVANTAGE of Allegiant is that they use the smaller "out of the way" airports. For example, they out of Rockford instad of the Chicago airports. Parking is free at Rockford vs. $16/day at O'Hare or $9/day at Midway.

(By the way, rental cars are cheaper at Rockford as are the taxes on the rental cars. On Labor day weekend, you can get a car for $20/day + 6% tax as opposed to $35/day +27% tax at the Chicago airports.)

I emailed them yesterday and got one back today saying the routes I wanted are seasonal and even available right now? That's odd since I know someone that just booked it.

Thanks for flying Legion Air. Sit back, and enjoy your flight. We'll crank up the musty old airconditioning, and have the medical crews waiting for your arrival.

There is no such airline as Legion Air. It was a joke.
