Just wondering why anybody would want to see this? You're basically watching a video with 500+ people dying instantly.. how is this cool or interesting in any way? It is kind of sick if you ask me. There's nothing cool about it, if you want to watch airplane videos, watch awesome landings or learn about the engines, but have some respect for the people who died.

Because it is a historical documentary and learning why the tragedy took place is the first step toward preventing another similar air disaster. No one is disrespecting those who lost their life by watching the video - I see it as honoring them. Otherwise they would not be remembered and they would have died in vain -if people didn't study the causes of the crashes.
