Ha ha ha That's funny but it has always been a nightmare for citizens or ex-citizens of two countries to visit each other. In olden days, there was a concept of city visa. So if an Indian citizen is visiting a relative in Karachi, he will be given visa specific for Karachi. He / She will need to report periodically at the police station to ensure that he is not in some other city. Same thing for Pakistani people visiting India. City specific and attendance at police station .
