Probably not the best timing for that investment (25 'Four-Seasons' properties UNDER DEVELOPMENT in 2007 ) , but... I'm sure they have the cash to bridge a few yrs of 'downturns'. (unlike many celeb's who are not too astute on the investment side). There has been some serious carnage in the industry since this article was written (especially on the projects noted)...
