Well, my faves are at opposite ends of the continental... Washington and Florida.

Washington for it's diverse landscapes, it's wild ocean, it's green forests, it's gray skies... it's urban jungles and desolate countrysides.

Florida... has just the most astonishing spectrum of people and lifestyles... and imho the Gulf Coast can't be beat for it's beaches. Thick oak canopies don't hurt either. Kayaking through mangroves... spotting dolphins or rays catching air... or ospreys catching fish. Tarpon rolling. Key West.

I do agree Sedona is nice, and so is AZ, however, I love the Carolinas also.

Tough question...
Michigan is beautiful, especially the UP. Vermont in the fall, just went there in October.
Mid-west in the summer.

I would choose New York over California. New York City is just one of a kind! There both great places, But CA has alot more fake people in it. Real Talk.
