You need our permission to do those things? Call a lawyer if you really feel violated. I think TALKING to management first is a better idea. Why didn't you do that FIRST?

As a hotel employee myself, They should have checked whatever system they used to see if the room is occupied. If it is occupied there shouldve been a do not disturb sign provided within your room. Otherwise housekeepers will walk in to clean and do a quick security check. Even so they should knock at least an x number of times and announce themselves. So that was their first mistake. Secondly the flowers delivered to your room, they should 've been kept in a staff area and a note of their delivery posted under your door for collection or delivery to you room should you request. The T.Vs we have at our hotel have whatever channel you can access from your own home on a complimentary basis. Granted we don't actually have free porn channels here. The only free channels to view are glamour girls that charge for you to call them. Lastly, the hotel staff had every right to let him back into your room not knowing the situation had changed between you and your boyfriend. If they had been notified then that may have been different. Hotel staff have a duty of care to guests and patrons alike. Kicking him out with no way of knowing what he would do or what would happen to him would be poor judgement and probably be more harm than good. As for any laws broken. None that i can see.
