Lots of info on these on traveladvisor but I'm looking for a single bed with or without breakfast but I would like tea making facilities and a TV (love British tele). Don't mind sharing a bath. This is for mid-May.

Most important is location near the theaters.

I've stayed in a single room at the Strand Palace - kind of bland but great location and have investigated the Seven Dials Hotel. Once stayed at Regent Palace, right on Picadilly but it was a disaster (I hear it's closed now). I'm also looking at St. Athan's on the low end and Park Inn Russell Square on the higher end. Will not be in the room much but will need a day or so to sleep in during the trip.
