I've not had a chance to go to that museum yet, but my wife has and she agrees with you. She has another business trip in May to Milwaukee and I'm thinking of going with her again. This time I'll make it to the museum!

what a great thread idea. I love the planning and suspense of a trip, even if it belongs to someone else =p

just got back from FL , Sarasota, Venice, Siesta Key, Ft. Lauderdale, Daytona...visited a few of the beaches (each one is SO completely different!) Kids and husband got to go boating for the first time, and checked out the everglades via airboat. Took a different route to and from to swing through different states on the way home. It was a nice time.

planning to visit Vegas later this year (november-ish?) to see my family

Moving to Tulare co., CA sometime in the spring of next year

Visiting Mt. Phillipsburg, Montana late spring to early summer next year to visit my Granddad.

more tba

Tomorrow we are going to an island for a week (Scotland). We'll drive to the ferry which takes 2.5 hours. Very small island - Colonsay.

That sounds awesome! How long have you lived in Scotland?

I'd love to go on my official NYC trip this year, but that ain't happenin' anytime soon!

Oklahoma probably later this year to see my sister and 4 nephews Utah in July to see two sisters, two nieces, two nephews, and my mom. So exciting, I know!

Lucky, lucky you! I hear San Diego is awesome...and the person you're visiting even more awesome!

I'm going to visit family in Jersey and will spend most of my time in NYC. You're more than welcomed to join me! Nothing beats free lodging at prime tourist season!

That's so awesome! I did things backwards, I was born in Poland, spent my childhood there, and now am making my way West. I lived in Jersey first, now San Diego...hopefully Australia's next!

Good variety! I lived in 4 states in the US for the first 48 years of my life. Then Scotland 10 years ago with a 2 year stint in Uganda in 2007-09. Not planning on anymore moves as I love it here!

Haven't been to San Diego but heard it's nice. In California I've been from LA up to the redwoods.
