Wanted to see what the EASIEST route with the LEAST amount of traffic would be to get to Hartford. I took 95 once before and I will NOT do that again. Would it be the GW bridge to the Merritt Pkwy? I need this for Thursday evening....help.

Where are you coming from? New Jersey?

If so, I would recommend the Tappanzee bridge to the Sprain Brook Parkway, then to the Saw Mill Parkway which runs into 684 and then to 84 all the way to Hartford.
