Default Best rental car company for someone under 25?

A lot of these rental car companies charge up to $25 per day extra if the driver is under 25 years old. Does anyone know a car company that doesn't? I'm 24 and just missed it!

I haven't been under 25 for quite awhile so I wasn't aware of this additional expense.

Though this is a little late, you should know that Hertz is currently waiving the underage surcharge entirely. This means that between the ages of 21 and 24, your rental will not be billed any differently than that of a renter 25 or older. You can see find the promotion below:
