Amtrak run from NYC to Charleston/Savannah its about a 14 hour trip 2 trips a day one departs at 6am from NYC get to CHS at 715p 2nd trip is overnight 315p->5a . Have not been on amtrak in years but coaches are nice, food is so/so,

Southwest Airlines | Book Flights, Airline Tickets, Airfare will be flying into CHS starting next year(2011) sometime, and there fares are usualy not to bad, they go out of LGA, there schedule is not out yet but they will probly go from Baltmore to CHS. and go LGA-> BWI -> CHS
