I am moving from the east coast to the west coast. I was thinking of renting a uhaul/penske etc type moving truck in the smallest size (I think 10ft). I was also hoping to do some sightseeing. I was wondering if anyone knew how difficult this would be. Also any estimates on fuel costs for the trip?

Thanks so much for any help!

Are you towing you car behind it? If so, and its easly removeable then you can detatch and go to do sightseeing. If its just your truck, 1 its going to take longer fingure avd 55mph vs 70 in car. and once off I-States 30-40, parking will put in in the back of every lot. Most rental give you X miles, then xx per mile extra. Generaly X is distance beween the 2 point + 10%.

I'd pack a bicycle and have it where it's handy, that would be a good way to stop along the way and see some things.
