Moving to the Tri-Cities.... (Kennewick, Richland: rental, home, neighborhood)

Hi everyone,
Steve from NY here...I was wondering if I could ask a few questions about the area? My wife and I (along with my Grandfather) might be moving to the Tri-Cities/Richland area because of work relocation. Coming from NYC, everything I'm reading seem's like paradise!

What we're wondering is if someone could tell us where to look for a rental home for starters? We're looking for a nice neighborhood, lots of kids (hoping to have some in a year or so), that's friendly and has good schools.

If you are looking for a new starter home, look at West Pasco. New and inexpensive developments near by a commercial hub Rd. 68, easy access to a freeway and other areas of Tri-Cities, such as Hanford, Columbia Center Mall etc.

I'd recommend Craigs list.com for Kennewick,Richland,Pasco Tricities area. They have new postings every day most w pictures. We are moving there fr Lake Chapala Mexico. It's getting pretty rough here.
