Default Good LDS Neighborhoods/wards...place to buy

We're looking into moving to the Kennewick/Richland area....job relocation. Just wondering about good LDS neighborhood and WARDs. I've read previous posts on Schools. I've heard their a large population of LDS people in Tri-Cities?!
Just looking for a good friendly 'home' type ward.
Thanks

I don't remember if we have any LDS members who have participated on this forum or not but if so, I hope they'll chime in.

Yes, the Tri-Cities has a very large LDS population. The Columbia River Temple is located in Richland.

If you haven't already looked at the LDS.org stake and ward locations, here are some links:

Richland

Kennewick

Kennewick East

Pasco

Here's a good site to look up LDS real estate agents in an area:

Though I myself am not LDS I have a friend who is. She jokingly refers to one subdivision, Island Estates, as Mormon Estates. It's in the West Pasco area, which is a safe area. There is a temple in south Richland and the church that my friend goes to is about 2 or so miles from the neighborhood I mentioned.

Default LDS Family

Sarahmomx3... Our family is also moving to the tri-city area this June and would love to know the answer to that question also. I would also like to know if seminary is offered in the high schools there? Any info would be appreciated.

Seminary I know for sure is offered at Pasco High School and I'm pretty sure its offered in the other high schools too, but I can't say for sure.
