I am also from Portland. I've lived here for a year and a half and still can't get used to the ridiculous lack of recycling around here. Back "home" my recycling can was bigger than the garbage can!!

My apartment complex in Kennewick offers curbside recycling. I know for me, we have the smallest Waste Management trash can and it is usually never full. My recycling bins however, usually are.
