Has anyone lived there? Is it a nice place?

I have lived in Tapteal for 1.5 years. The apartment management is responsive with maintenance requests, even on the weekend. The complex is quiet and neighbors respect each other. There are a few issues causing me to look for another apartment. I like to sleep with my window open and due to waterfowl on the river that's impossible to sleep in on the weekend. The park next to the complex has criters that like to come visit in the evenings.Hope this helped answer your question.

Hi, my name is Crystal and it's been 25yrs. since I lived there. My parents were assistant managers for Tapeteal Apartments when I was 14yrs. old. When I lived there(from the mind of a child) I really enjoyed my surroundings. I could step onto the balcony, that overlooked the Columbia River and see things for miles. When the Boat races come in July, that's a real treat as well. I also liked the property recreation. We could play pool and swim in the outside pool as well. To top it all off, the short walk to chuckecheese and even the mall, if I wanted to walk just a little bit further, all this was great for me. Just a block away is a little conveniance store, just incase you begin to crave midnight munchies or something and naturally lets not forget the constant access to the largest park in the The TriCities, The Columbia Park. Overall I give Tapeteal a 9 outta 10.
Hope this helps as well.
Take Care,
Crystal
