Default What is a nice upper class neighborhood in West Richland?

Does West Richland have any upper class neighborhoods?
What is the price range on their lots or houses?
Please give me your 2 Cents.

Thank you.

GameHog9 will become famous soon enough
Horn Rapids. I believe the price range is somewhere in the $600,000+ area.

All along Bombing Range Road you'll find newer houses in West. Horn Rapids is not in West Richland, as far as I know it's in Richland. It's on a golf course, if you are into that.

Are you definitely only looking in West Richland?

Upper class, I believe most locations in West Richland are nice and alot of new homes especially near the Bombing Range road, both sides and on the back roads near this location...

Yes, Horn Rapids is in North Richland not West Richland and prices vary depending on the size of home and lot you are seeking, but since you mentioned West Richland, I'll not get into prices for Horn Rapids....new stores also going up in W-Richland such as Home Depot, Walmart, Yokes, new service station and so on...

What is the price range for view lots in South Richland subdivisions that are upper class neighborhoods? Between South Richland and West Richland, which one is more affordable ?

Thank you.

West Richland is more affordable than South Richland. View lots can be found in South Richland in several subdivisions off Keene Road (Country Heights Estates, Badger Canyon, etc). West Richland has Candy Mountain Estates that have nice views ( I think that is the name of the place!). View lots in South Richland will set you back about 100K or more.
