Default Possibly relocation

My family is possibly relocating to the area in a couple of months, and we would be looking for a new home and getting moved just before school starts. Based on our current research, we would be looking at West Richland, Richland, or possibly Kennewick, locations with a short to moderate commute to Richland. I prefer a nicely established neighborhood, families with children (mine are around middle school age), and a nicely maintained home with a basement. We've called on a realtor, but we're trying to find options FSBO as well.

We used Crown Property Managements and Craigslist - found lots of homes. We found ours this past week...it is tuff to rent - if you don't jump on it immediately you won't get it - it's gone in a day. But if you are buying, that's different. We own two homes in Idaho so don't want to own quite yet in Richland.

There are several FSBO houses that I see around Richland.

Default Relocation

We have lived in Kennewick for almost 6yrs. following a relocation with my husbands job ... hard first couple of years adjusting to the small town atmosphere, but have grown to love it. Fantastic schools, people and weather!!!

We've decided to stay long term and are selling our lovely home (FSBO in fact!!!) in order to build our "dream home" . mod cut: We are in a great planned community w/an excellent school!!!
