sounds like another "grapes of wrath" senario. Young lady you will probably move along within the year, Seattle federal employment is very heavy (with all the major defense work around the sound) and im sure you could find a suitable job in a more urban setting.

Well, time to go wash all the cars and broken appliances in the yard..at least until "classic tractor fever" comes on that box in the front room..

rather than renting an apartment- I would contact a realtor and ask if any of the condos that overlook the Columbia river are available. Maybe someone here can post the name of them for you. I looked at them for my mom a few years ago and they were very nice- If I was moving back to Richland that is where I'd go. Good Luck in your move.
