What are some of the best/worst areas in the Tri-Cities area as far as crime goes and the best neighborhoods to where you can raise your children at?

most of pasco is no good. west pasco is okay, but the schools are not so good. central richland and central kennewick are somewhat run down. i have lived here all my life, the best areas to live and raise a family are south richland or west kennewick. i can give you some good info on the schools if you want. also i have some pictures of the area. let me know if you have any questions.

How good is the Southeast Kennewick area and the Finley area? I remember my uncle used to live out in Finley back in the early 1990s and I liked it out there cause alot of the trains went by there.

The schools in Pasco are good except some students dont have the
resources to do well in school which brings down our rating.

Richland and West Richland are, of course, good. Most of Pasco is a depressed area and seems to have more crime although it has also crept across the bridges into Kennewick. The Finley area, I think, is still nice.

I remember walking around the Two Rivers area in Finley and I thought it was a really nice country area and it seems to be peaceful and laid back.
