Default Best internet / fastes network in the Tricities , also best appartments for the price ?

Hey folks of the TC. I'll be moving back to there this winter hopefully and looking for a few inputs about internet companies who have the most fast connection and reliable. Then my next question what apartments in the TC area are the most respected. Will be looking for places under 700 a month . Any input for these two questions would be great , thanks !

I believe your fastest home connection would be Charter with their 20/2mbps.

Stay away from Seasons on 4th Ave in Kennewick. Very overpriced, noisy and cheaply built.

I would in part select an apartment based on where you are going to work. The bridges from Richland to Kennewick and Pasco are better than they were, but still a choke point.

I live out of town so don't know that much about in-town internet providers.
