Well, there is the Richland campus of WSU, also have Columbia Basin College, which is a 2-year junior college. Both are decent.

Many degrees at WSU will pretty much require you to go to Pullman for part of your studies, but I think there are a few you can do soup-to-nuts here.

Mitch is right about WSU-TC. Used to be you had to do all your lower division stuff at CBC (which, in my wife's any my opinion, is greatly overrated by most locals), but now they have some four-year programs which you can complete entirely at Richland.

Not too far away are Whitman, WWCC and WWC (small religious) in Walla Walla, if I recall right. 50 miles from the TC in general. BBCC, I think, is in Moses Lake; YVCC in Yecchima. That's pretty much the rundown for the immediate area.
